    How to determine the macros on these meals

    Im dieting now, and some of these recipes sound good, but is there an easy way to find the macros on them,

    There are numerous websites that allow you to plug in a food and it will give you the calories and breakdown of the macros...just put in the ingredients you are using in your recipe. Here are a few, but there are tons on the internet.

    Also, depending on what you are making, you can look at the package and find the nutrition facts per serving and figure out your totals that way.

    cool,,, i was using some of those sites,,, i was just wondering if there was an easier way for meals versus individual ingredients like i been doing,,,,,.

    I know what you mean...if you are eating a prepared meal from a restaurant or something that has set or common ingredients, you can probably find it on some of these sites, but when you are making things yourself you will likely have to input the ingredients seperately. There are some sites that allow you to just input everything you eat during the day (basically an online food journal) as well as your daily activity and they will total up your caloric intake and expenditure.
