    Boil Chicken

I normaly grill my chicken but to be quiet honest I'm getting tired of grilling it.
I thought I've heard some some people boiling their chicken breast.
Just curious if you do boil your chicken breat do you season it with anything??

Boiled chicken tends to get a bit dry unless you get whole parts of the chicken and boil it with the skin, but then you are left with a lot more fat. You might take a look at one of those rotisserie ovens, get one with a small cage and cook it in a rotisserie. I also like to get onion soup mix and get a glass/ceramic pan and coat it with not stick spray, stick the chicken breast in there and pour the onion soup mix all over it. You can find decent onion soup mixes that actually don't add that much badness.
