looking for meatless meal? cook up some whole wheat pasta, and drain. then throw it back in the pot, along with some cooked veggies, a dash of milk, 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, a couple teaspoons of tomato sauce, 1/3 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and seasonings. stir slowly and constantly (over a hot stove) and remove once mixed well. mmmmmm good!
