I'm eating 8 egg whites and 2 whole eggs every day. Here is an idea how I changed my egg whites this morning, turned out pretty good and very tasty.
Home made guacamole:
six avocados
two tomatoes
two tbs plain yogurt
cilantro (to taste)
lemon juice (to taste)
salt (to taste)
fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
sriracha hot sauce ( just to spice it up)
1. cut the avocados and tomatoes on small cubes and put them in large bow.
2. add the rest of the ingredients and mix together well
3. ENJOY
