1 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 scoop vanilla whey
splash of FF milk (or buttermilk)
6 packets of sweetener
cinnamon
Cook the oatmeal in the microwave, just wet it, don't put excess water, shouldn't be able to see it move around. Add all the other ingredients and whip it until there's some froth on the top. Cook it just like pancakes, hot cast iron skillet works best, use cooking spray. A little hard to flip but its delicious.
