    Pancakes (sort of)

    1 cup oatmeal
    4 egg whites, 1 yolk
    1 scoop vanilla whey
    splash of FF milk (or buttermilk)
    6 packets of sweetener
    cinnamon

    Cook the oatmeal in the microwave, just wet it, don't put excess water, shouldn't be able to see it move around. Add all the other ingredients and whip it until there's some froth on the top. Cook it just like pancakes, hot cast iron skillet works best, use cooking spray. A little hard to flip but its delicious.

    Hah that sounds Fking delicious, gonna try that out when i feel like cheating (but not really...lol) in the morning! Thanks!

    I've started making them another way that's a bit better tasting (more just better texture). Blend a cup of oats in the blender or coffee grinder until its the consistency of flour, 8 egg whites, 2 whole, 6 splenda, a little vanilla extract, cinnamon and splash of milk.

    This recipe I actually look forward to. Some cottage cheese as a topping works good too.
