    Pumpkin Oatmeal

    Anyone ever heard or tried?

I saw on the food network..

basically u do everything the same as your regular oat cooking except you stir in your can of pumpkin puree..

i just looked at the nutrition on the can, i guess with any fruit/sweet veggie you get a few sugars but huge vitamin boost and i love pumkin...

the particular recipe called for almond milk, raisins, and several spices as u would put in a pumpkin pie/dessert but i am sure u can tweak it to your own liking...i will use regular or skim milk, raisins, and cinnaminamon depending on what i'm allowing myself for the day..

    but sounds good

Do you remember anything about temperature and time for cooking this?

I basically never cooked mine...it was just a fast snack.
