Go market and ask for keen-wah thats how it is sais but it is spelled with Quen ua or something but the stuff is great as breakfast or made into a dinner side. I mix it with ground turkey spices and make lettus wraps

The only complex carbs I eat are brown rice and oatmeal. It is to the point now where I don't even equate food with fun, so I just shovel it down.

I feel bad for you guys that are bulking though. I would probably struggle if I had to eat much larger quantities. I have been eating between 1800 and 2500 calories for ten months now.

But grape nuts on yogurt? Hell yeah. I used to eat a LOT of that...back when I was eating grape nuts, and yogurt. Heh.

10 months, thats some iron will you got man. I cut down for about 6 months after my surgery to lose some of the fat I gained recovering and that was tough. I love to eat!

It is just normal for me now. I was out of the gym for years because of a spinal injury and I just got back into the game in December. My BF was over 30% and my muscle was all gone. It didn't help that my Test production was almost non-existant. I started TRT, got back to lifting, cleaned up my diet and never looked back. I cheated a lot in the beginning, but I got more serious as my gains picked up speed. I have been eating 1800 calories for a while now and am starting to look decent. Nothing inspires me like results!

My avatar was shot just before the the 1800 calorie diet and before losing 18 pounds of mostly fat.

Thats impressive to come back like that. I know for me personally it was tough getting back even though mine wasn't anywhere near as serious as a spinal injury.
