    Salmon...awesome and simple

Okay..this recipe may have been posted before, but I haven't seen it, and I HAVE to share it.

Get a salmon filet and cut it up into however big of portions you want. Place in a microwave/oven safe casserole dish marinate in Italian dressing for about 2 hours then wham, put in the microwave for about 10 minutes...or in the oven at 425 for about 15 minutes.

    Simple...yet so damn good.

I would never eat it out of the microwave, it will stink your house. Just pop in in the oven and it is easy and tastes better.

I'm with you on that one, I'm a grill-aholic now, everything gets grilled!

I get pre-cooked salmon but still place it on the grill to give it that grilled texture/taste! I'll have to try marinating it though, usually just use terryaki sauce.
