I have several of these a day. Produces the nastiest farts ever.

Into a blender
2 cups oats
1/2 cup flax seed (meal is best)
3 cups of oj (or enough to make a slurry of the carbs)
Mix thoroughly, very thoroughly. Liquefy!

add 2-3 cups mixed fruit (mixed berries are my favorite)
1 or 2 yogurts
*bannana* optional
blend until smooth

add eggs
I put in a full dozen
or 10 whites 2 whole
or half a jug of egg replacement
you pick based on your diet

the briefly mix on low, too thorough a mix at this point leads to too much air incorporated.

My version is about 72gram of protein, close to 1000 calories. I have one before breakfast and one before I work out.
