1 Tilapia fillet
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 egg white
Sprinkle of sea salt
Sprinkle of ground pepper
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pour one egg white into a dish, and spread coconut flour on a separate plate.

2. Roll the tilapia around in the egg white until covered, and then drop it into the coconut flour, turning it until coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

3. Add a coconut oil to frying pan and heat to medium-high.

4. Add tilapia and cook for approximately 2 min on each side, or until cooked through.

5. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS: Use any type of white fish you have on hand. It is also great with salmon and chicken breast.

Healthy Fried Chicken, Pork or Fish without fat - If you're looking for a way to enjoy fried food without fat, pour a couple of egg whites into a dish and dip your favorite cut of chicken, pork or fish in the whites. Then, roll the meat in a pile of bread crumbs. Bake in the oven. You'll have a fried texture without the oil!
