Ok, I tryed this out, I was in a rush to make something and forgot a few thing that I couldn't of added, But the one I am going to list turned out pretty good.

1/2 cup egg whites
1/3 yorgurt low fat plain
1/2 cup Natty peanut butter
Pinch of Cinnamon/Vanilla
Cup of oats
A few starberry(only had a few)

anyways, I was going to add protein powder and splenda, I went out and got some rassberry for the next bunch. Turn out like a pancake but in a bar form.

I just put everything togather egg white first and then hit blend.
