Banana Bread
Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together, pour in a greased 8x4 pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until a tooth pick can be stabbed in middle loaf and comes out clean.
- 1 1/3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 cup Splenda (sweetner)
- 1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1 cup Mashed Banana (best if really ripe)
- 1/5 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Unsweetened Applesauce
- 3 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
