Apple Breakfast Loaf
Apple Breakfast Loaf
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar Substitute
- 4 Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 2 Apples (Peeled, Cored, and Chopped) Granny smith work best

I go crazy for anything with the combination of Apple/Cinnamon or Chocolate/Mint- I think I love you.
