All right guys, try this shit out. I cooked some last night, and the whole meal INCLUDING all of the spices only cost $21.00.
The Yellow Bows Of Alabama ( Zesty chili with ground Turkey and
black beans served over bow- tie
pasta)

1 cup of chopped onions
1 clove of garlic,minced
1 cup each of chopped green bell pepper and diced carrots
1-1/2 cups no-salt added tomato sauce

1/2 cup of shredded,reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese(2oz)
1/2 cup chopped green onions
Spray a large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray. Add ground turkey and cook over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink. Break up any large chunks with a fork. Add onions, garlic, green peppers, and carrots. Cook and stir for 4 or 5 minutes , until vegetables have softened. Stir in tomato sauce, salsa, beans, chili powder, cumin, and oregano. Protein Shakes
Yeah Pure Anger,
Them protein shake can really be tricky. I found that they turn out best if you let them cool down a bit after you take them out of the oven though. Ha!
How do you cook yours?

Send it on Bro!
Hey Billy ,
That would be great! When I was growing up there use to be this old man that was kinda of like a freind of the family. Anyway, he was from Finnland and he could cook some of the best food. Don't know how far up North you are, but I do have fond memories as a kid of some of the meals that old man use to fix for us. Send it on bro.
