    Mashed Potatoes w/protein

    I picked this up at another site but i figured some of you might like this.

    1 scoop of your protein powder probably vanilla or no flavor
    2-3 medium potatoes

    Cook potatoes as usual, Dissolve your protein in water. Whip potatoes with protein/water mixture instead of milk. Makes about 4 servings

    lol...i was just thinkin about how this would be in sweet potatoes....i haven't had a white one in over a year....they still make them?

    oh sure..revel in my "white potato famine"....actually, i don't even think about them anymore...i've become a sweet potato fan...they're my treat twice a week
