Protein pudding - Frozen berry yoghurt

This isn't exactly ground breaking but it's a great way to eat your cottage cheese...And get your vitamins

I'm not gonna list macros as you can adjust the recipe to suit...

    You will need

100ml milk (skim/full fat is your preference)
    300g cottage cheese
    1 cup frozen raspberrys
    1 cup frozen blueberrys
    0.5 cup frozen cherries

Put the milk into a blender and add the cottage cheese... Blend untill smooth for 15 second or so..

Throw all the berries into the blender and blend untill all is combined... You may need to keep picking the blender jug up and shaking it a little to make sure it all blends...

    Enjoy.

Ive been making something much like that for years. I have always called it protein yogurt because to me it has a yogurt taste. I dont use milk. Just fruit and cottage cheese. Blend it up and throw it in tupperware in the fridge
