    Multi meat curry

I was getting bored of eating unflavoured pan fried turkey breast, chicken breast and ground beef with minimal amount of cooking oil, so i went looking for some pre-made curry sauce, the only one i could find that wasn't excessively packed with sugar or fat was tandoori paste. Only 1f,3c(2fibre),1p per 2 tbsp

so i put all the meat:
    180g diced chicken breast
    150g lean ground turkey breast
    150g extra lean ground beef
in a saucepan with 1 cup mixed broccoli and carrots added 4 tbsp of curry paste and a 3/4 cup of water and simmered until the water was gone, about 45 mins, then i had 2/3 cup of brown rice, (this was enough for 2 meals)
surprisingly adding all the meat together was really good.

    115g protein
14g carbs (about half is fibre)
    21g fat
    --before adding rice

i dont like having to cook several times a day so im going to experiment with adding most of my days food and cooking it all together mexican-surprise style.
