I was experimenting in the kitchen tonight and thought id share!
I took large boneless skinlless chicken breasts, sliced them down the side and opened them up, put a slice of ham in side and filled the ham slice with dry curd cottage cheese about quarter cup or so, closed it all up and bake at 420 for 20-25 min also seasoned with garlic!! was awesome super high protine low fat and zero carbs !
