Best protein to use in baking?
Hey guys I'm really liking all the recipes on this board and wanted to try some of them out especially since I'm starting a bulk in a month or less Just curious what type of protein powder is best to use? A whey or would a blend with fast acting and slow acting protien be better? Maybe a myofusion? I know they taste better then whey and are still pretty lean.
