I tried this out today and it was amazing
200g chicken breast
35g brown rice
80g of green peas
6ml of fish oil (you can take it down to lower the fat)
And 4 egg whites
Cooked your rice towards the end add in your peas
Then cook your chicken mix with the rice and peas
Get a non stick pan add 6ml of fish oil wait for the oil to hear up and add your chicken rice and peas then add your egg whites an mix well do the eggs don't stick and cook well.
You will not be disappointed
