    spinich and eggs

    Easy one here

    10 oz frozen spinich
    4 lg. egg white
    2 lg. egg

    cook spinich in micro for 3-4 min.
    then add eggs and whites.
    beat it up.
    cook for another 3-5 min.







    10g fat/32.4g protein/11g carbs

    my version looks a lil bit better lol. but it gets the job done. i can't do eggs in the microwave.
