Nothing fancy here but I did a quick search and didn't see anything so what the heck .

I love apple cider this time of year but depending on which brand you buy its about 36 carbs for an 8 oz glass which is a bit higher than I would like. Instead, I use this:

Apple Juice, light - 32oz
Lemon juice - 2tbps
Ground cinnamon (or sticks) - 1 tbsp
Ground cloves - 1 tsp

Toss it on the stove top for 30 mins or so and your good to go! All the great cider flavor and only 11 carbs for an 8oz glass.
