    Peanut Butter Protein Pudding

Ok I know there are some pudding recipes on here. So u wanted to add an additional one.

1 packet of sugar free choco pudding mix
1 or 2 scoops of (your choice) protein powder
1 cup of almond milk (unsweetened)
2 tbps of natty PB (warm in microwave)

Mix all ingredients in bowl with a whisk, and either eat right away or chill for 1 hr.

Mick, I don't have my notebook in from of me but I think it was around 300-400kcal

Depending on how many scoops of protein

    Mine is 120

    Protein 120cal for 27 grams
    Almond milk 40cal
Sugar free pudding-140 for 1/2 pack
    PB-80cal for 1 tablespoon

    380 cals
    35 pro
    10 carbs

That was kinda thrown together, I will double check when I have my book.
But as Ink said, it's depending on what ingredients you use.
