200g of wholemeal pasta
2 cans of tuna
1 lemon
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Boil your pasta in salty water to the specified time on the -packaging, when cooked add tuna a pinch of garlic powder, a slug of olive oil, the juice of one lemon, salt and pepper to taste.
You are now ready to stick it down the hatch, enjoy :-)
Another good way to do tuna pasta is to add tuna and pasta to a shop bought Italian ragu tomato sauce (jar)
