    Define "best"?

If I was in a bind, some unknown reason and didn't have a meal with me, I would opt for some sort of tuna sandwich, or a litre of milk.

I travel for work and find myself eating all my food and I'm still hungry. My first cycle I didn't watch what I eat at all but didn't gain much fat, some but not a lot. Just wondering if there was a healthy option at a gas station

Beef jerky is about the healthiest thing at a gas station.....plenty of protein, almost no fat or carbs. The only downfall is sodium.

Why don't you just stop at a grocery store and buy some wraps and turkey breast or something. Slurpees are always a good choice thou.
