Bigshot's Pulled Beef Roast Corckpot
Beef shoulder roast (try to find one without a lot of fat veins)
1 larger jar of salsa
1 1/1 cup of beans (I use kidney)
Place roast in crockpot. Poor salsa over roast, and add beans to crockpot. Cook on low 10-12 hours. When finished use a fork to shred the roast. This works even better with Moose roast, and is leaner as well.
