Tri Tip and Tomato Salad
Tri Tip
Romaine lettuce
Tomato, wedged 6 cut
Bleu cheese
Balsamic Viniagrette:
Balsamic vinegar
Garlic, chopped
Kosher salt
Black pepper
Olive oil
1. Season tri tip with salt and pepper. Grill or bake until internal temperature is 135* (med rare). Cool. Slice 1/4".
2. Layer on bed of romaine, tri tip, tomatoes (about 6 wedge) and bleu cheese.
3. Prepare viniagrette. Sprinkle on salad.
Another simple and easy way for you to get protien and greens! If you want you can get the dressing (fat free if you want) already made at your local store. This recipe makes about 25 "normal" people portions lol so you can scale it to the amount you need.

Sounds delicious thanks. Think ill grill the tri tip any try this one in the summer.....
