Its a recipe for a Tuna Quesadilla....
1 Tortilla Wrap
1 can Tuna
30g Cheese (use whatever you want.... If u cant fit regular cheese into ur macros then use low fat)
50g Refried Beans
15g Chopped Spring Onions
5g Taco seasoning
30ml Salsa
Chipotle Sauce is optional
1. Mix everything together in a bowl
2. Put your Tortilla in a cold pan on low heat
3. Add the mix to one half of the Tortilla
4. Fold the empty half of the Tortilla over so you have a semi circle and fry on low for about 2 mins each side... This is to melt all of the cheese
5. add an extra min per side at the end on high heat to get the Tortilla to crisp up nicely
6. Take it out of the pan and let it rest for a few mins and then cut up
