I've noticed some variety in some foods (esp. beef), but thats hard to get accurate anyway, depending on the marbling.

I usually use two or three different things to cross reference. I have te same diet daily tho lol

Awesome!
These are super handy and although not scientifically accurate in some areas, they will provide solid macros to develop a keen diet that will produce results for the average BB'r.

Yup. Unless you're using a digital food scale and in a competition cutting phase, this site is pretty damn good.
