    Creative ways to cool or use lentils?

    Any different ideas on how too cook lentils or utilize them in a recipe?

    In a restaurant I had grilled salmon with dill sauce served over lentils. They paired together surprisingly well

    Because honestly they taste like shit on their own, but one cup of them is ~40g of protein. So hard to avoid.
