This is a simple easy grilled cheese with a jazzed up name.
Wheat bread, 2 slices
Tomato, sliced 1/4 inch
Mozzarella cheese, part skim 1 oz
Fresh Basil, few leaves chopped (or whole does not matter)
Fresh ground black pepper TT
Directions:
Top bread with tomato and cheese, put a few basil leaves on top, a few grinds of black peeper, top with other slice of bread. Place in heated "Foreman"* for 3min or until desired crispness and thats it!
*Of course if you dont have a Foreman, just cook it on the stove or however you would normally do it.
