Here's a quick and easy way to kick up your turkey burgers.

Ground turkey, 4lb
Bread crumbs, 2cup
Green onions, chopped, 3/4cup
BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup
Lemon juice, 1/4cup
Worcestershire sauce, 3tbls
Salt, 1/4tsp
Pepper TT

Mix everything together, make the patty size* that you would like and grill! thats it.

*Cals per portion will vary upon the size burger you make.Approx
3oz patty =162
4oz patty =216
5oz patty =270 (which I think is the best size)
6oz patty =323

You can put it in a wheat bun with lettuce, tomato slice, pickle and a tblp of bbq sauce for approx 120cals
