Post workout I'm always a whey protein drink and a banana or bagel. Food a bit later.

I eat a ton of chicken all the time and I think my favorite simple seasoning/marinade has been the Sun-dried Tomato Italian dressing Kraft makes. Marinate a bunch of chicken breasts, tenderloins, legs, or thighs and grill on the pit or the Foreman.

Have a really good (onion, tomato, celery, mozzarella or feta, herb) stuffed chicken breast recipe. Covered with organic mushroom soup and the diced vegetable mix. Baked with red potatoes and green beans or broccoli

agree^^ Always good to get rapid absorbing nutrients in you post workout. I like about 40 grams whey, 20 grams casein, 75-100 grams of Karbolyn carbs depending on muscles trained, and Krealkalyn. Drink Mio Fit and bcaa for electrolytes and energy while working out

Recipe for awesome casserole/complete dinner, snack meals, etc

    2 lbs chicken breast (cubed)
    one squash and zucchini (sliced)
can of cream of mushroom soup and can of french onion soup (low sodium if possible)
Uncle bens wild rice (small orange box) has mushroom herb seasoning packet inside... or just 1.5 cups of wild rice
    cup of milk
    .5 onion diced up
    flour for coating chicken cubes

Take chicken cubes and dredge with flour and salt/pepper
Brown and set to the side

In pyrex baking dish or casserole dish pour both cans of soup in
cover soup with rice and seasoning (or just rice if no season packet)
layer chicken and onion over the rice
layer squash and zucchini over the chicken

Cover with foil or lid and bake at 350 for 45 mins to an hour..

    Enjoy
    nutrient rich!
