    Protein loaf

I swap my oatmeal for a protein loaf I bake some days. Here's the recipe for it:

    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup craisins
    2 scoops eas lean protein
    3/4 cup egg whites
    Cinnamon for taste

    Bake at 350 for 20min

I've already eaten half of it

Looks good. You just cook one at a time? It looks small.

You can do more than one but use separate pans. It won't fluff up if you use a big pan. That's half of a loaf, I'd already eaten half when I took the picture

Are you using a small baking sheet like 8" x 10" or something? Just trying to judge the pan size so I get it right. I'm gonna try it out.

The chocolate and vanilla protein powder taste good. I don't know the exact pan dimensions, I just grabbed 2 that weren't too big lol. It's probably 3x8" or something like that. Very rectangular. Smaller pans make them more moist

Just made one and it tastes great. Hard not to eat the whole thing, it tastes great and is moist and soft.

Totals for the one I made:

    558cal
    60carb
    72pro
    4.5fat
    1.5sat fat

I'll be eating lots of these. Been needed something new to add to my menu.

    Thanks OTS!

Nope. I've used chocolate protein instead of vanilla and that's it

Pour all ingredients in a bowl and whisk/stir together then pour into 9x5 loaf pan (How I did it).

I used steel cut oats, not sure if that matters... will try 'regular' oats sometime later in the week... already got round 2 in the oven... -- leaving 2 yolks in this time....
