Best protein pudding/sludge ever
This is my favorite breakfast, great tasting, very high protein, low/moderate carbs, and extremely satisfying. It is high in calories, but i've been using it on my cut since i like to start the day strong.
Ingredients:
1 cup(227 grams) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp(32 grams) peanut butter
2 scoops(72.6 grams) whey
1 banana( you can substitute with other fruits like berries too)
Directions:
Add 1 cup greek yogurt to a medium sized bowl
Add 2 tbsp peanut butter
Add the 2 scoops whey
Add water, the more you add the smoother consistency it is. I like mine to be like pudding when I'm stirring it
Once its all mixed to desired consistency i slice a banana into small slices and toss it in there too
Freeze for 10-20 minutes then eat! You can even eat it non frozen it still tastes good
Macros: 700.4 calories, 20.41 grams fat, 52.3 grams carbs, 82.4 grams protein
Macros will vary, depends on size of banana, and the brands of your PB, whey and yogurt

Pretty good stuff! Used almond butter instead. A new addition to the diet.
