What do you mean by egg bake? Like making a casserole?

And since when do you count macros?

Yes..I mean like a breakfast casserole. Eggs, meat, veggies etc. baked in a dish.

I'm counting them all the time...just need to learn where to stop

It would be something that the wife and I would both eat so if I knew the macros I would control them through portion size.

I take recipes and tweak to be more friendly.

Sub egg whites for eggs to reduce fat
    Use low fat cheese
Sub fage yogurt/cottage cheese for cream cheese / sour cream
Add lots of broccoli other veggies for filler and for fiber
Use Canadian bacon rather then bacon
    Turkey bacon rather then bacon
morning star yeggy patty rather then greasy sausage
    Ezekiel bread
Add spices. Hot sauce is nice depending on what u making.
    Use sugar free syrup
    Stevia to sweeten
    Skin or 2%

My latest favorite breakfast is 100% egg whites scrambled, add chopped steamed broccoli, and one morning star veggy patty
If your macros can tolerate, sprinkle some cheese and roll up in a flat out. Or half of one for wife.

Slimmer me had a protein pancake recipe. Some members have modified and maybe even posted in recipe section.

Hope this helps. There are plenty of free recipe sites and There's a lot of options if sub out ingredients for healthier options. Even Paula Dean recipes can be made healthy with lots of revisions/mods.
