I did a quick search on Google and 3 different things popped up saying it was around $30 a loaf lol I was shocked. but I will look for it at the local stores. I can't wait to try it. How much do you pay per loaf Bio Active?

Spinach and cottage cheese actually sounds pretty good on a beef burger but I'll skip the fried egg. I love chopped up onions in the beef when I make my own burgers.

I'm officially cutting white bread out of my diet from now on. I usually eat 3-5 pieces everyday but I'm done with that shit.
