These are easy to make and are really good. Give ‘ em a try and see for yourself.
Shrimp Kabobs
1 1/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 small onion, minced
1 clove of garlic, minced
2½ lbs. Shrimp, peeled, and cut into 1 inch squares.
12 cherry tomatoes
1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1 inch squares
Prepare a marinade with soy sauce, lemon juice,onion, and garlic. Marinate shrimp in a refrigerator for approimately 21/2 hours. Place the shrimp, tomatoes, and green pepper chucnks on skeewers and broil for 10 minutes, turning several times.
Makes about 6 servings.
