    FroYo protein

    Ingredients:
    2 scoops whey (~50g)
    0.5 cup oats
    300ml milk
    Frozen fruit (2 handfuls)

    Method:
    Blend that shit!

    Description:
Stumbled upon this by accident. Was intending to just make my usual shake with some added fruit. Turned into this glorious beast!
I used 1/2 a banana, Palm full of blueberries and around 6 strawberries. Mine was pre-frozen fruit from the supermarket! They've got so much!

Add more fruit to thicken or flavour. The oats give it a good texture. I ate mine immediately. But decant to a Tupperware tub and freeze for a later snack.

I've done a similar thing for a while but I've never added oats, good idea. I love frozen fruit, I'm shocked I don't hear more people mention it. It lasts forever and thickens these kinds of shakes nicely. And a quick shout out to my favorite appliance, the Magic Bullet Blender.... Blend and go.

(**edit - I had originally just said "...a quick shout out to my favorite tool, the Magic Bullet." but then my brain went in a totally sideways direction and I just had to add "Blender" for clarity

Dont leave us again brother! We need you! I tried oats with a banana and more milk and drank it. It goes down a little dirty but its great in comparison to plain whey.
I grew up in a dairy farm and fed calves with calf starter powder. All those years waking up at 5 a.m. and feeding that nasty stuff gave me a complex. Its all I can think about when I mix up a shake plain and it makes me nauseous. I hope you post any more tips you have. Its sooo hard for me to intake enough carbs.

    Ok recipe:
    Two eggs
Two sweet and salty almond granola bars
Two scoops of choc whey protein
    Two tablespoons of peanut butter
Pint and a half of milk
    Blended.
Fucking tastes like hell! I did not need that shit in my life!
