    Low Carb Dessert

    Ingredients :

    350g Greek Yogurt (no sugar added, Kirkland yogurt is personal favourite).

    2 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter

    1/2 Tablespoon Organic Cacao

    31g Peanuts

    1 Square 85% Dark Chocolate, crushed

    Stevia sweetener to taste

    Instructions :

    Mix everything in bowl. Ensure peanut butter is sufficiently mixed in. Freeze for couple of hours and enjoy.

    Definitely making this this weekend. I love seeing these recipes that people have come to keep in their back pocket over years of experimentation. Thank you Windex!

    Made with my fave Greek yogurt Fage and used erythritol instead. Delicious.
