    Here is one for you Excess- Black Bean dip

    I am going to posted several different potatoes reciepes for ya as well Excess. Hope you like them

    Black Bean Dip
    ( For pita chips or baked tortilla chips)

    1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
    ¼ cup of minced onions
    2 tbsp chopped, fresh cilantro
    1 tbsp lime juice
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    ½ tsp. ground coriander
    ¼ tsp each of ground cumin and black pepper
    1/3 cup of low fat sour cream

    Combine all of the ingredients except for the sour cream in a blender or food processor and whirl until smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl and stir in the sour cream. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.

    This makes about 13/4 cups

    Excess

    Cumin is a spice that you can find in any grocery store. It has a strong beef broth kind of order as well as taste so you really need to use it sparingly as to much cumin can litterally ruin a dish. Cumin is very much like sage, only much stronger. You will find it in alot of different meat dish reciepes.

    It's mainly used in East Indian cooking.

    Open a bag of Old Dutch Taco flavoured Aribas and they smell like cumin.

    Bro thanks for the recipe! I love black bean dip my wife doesn't like it when I eat it cause I tear thew house up more than I usually. Flatulent wise that is... I sat watched an Eagle game ate an entire bowl of dip and wife would make it 2 steps into the basement and she was like F*K it I'm not coming down there you stinky bastard! Yeah she'll hunt you down Tobey! Thanks!
