    Whey Recipes....

Here are some I have given to some my clients. I got them from www.allthewhey.com. I hope you guys enjoy!

    All The Whey Protein Recipes:

    Fruit Juice Shakes

1 scoop All the WheyTM protein powder
6-8 ozs of your favorite juice (for example orange, grape or pineapple)
Shake well in a screw cap shaker

    Sunrise wakeup

    6 ozs. water
1 seedless orange, peeled and sectioned
1 scoop All the WheyTM protein powder ( 1 oz )
Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix for 20 secs.

    Protein Fortified Oatmeal

    1 cup instant oatmeal
    1-3/4 cups water
    1 scoop All the Whey

Prepare as directed on oatmeal package. Stir one scoop of All the WheyTM into a small amount of low fat or skim milk and mix with prepared oatmeal. Then add your favorite topping – raisins, nuts, cinnamon, or cut up fresh fruit.

    Protein Pancakes

    5 egg whites
    1 scoop AllTheWhey Vanilla Isolate
    ½ cup rolled oats
    1 tsp cinnamon
    3 pks Splenda

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. I make one large pancake and top with sugar free maple syrup. Thanks to Jalaine Ulsh.

    All the WheyTM Mashed Potatoes

1 scoop All the WheyTM Protein Powder dissolved in 1/2 cup water
    2 to 3 medium potatoes

Cook potatoes as usual. Dissolve All the WheyTM Protein Powder in water. Whip potatoes with whey protein mixture instead of milk. Makes about 4 servings

    Protein Pudding

1 – 3 oz package of instant pudding, any flavor (chocolate, vanilla, banana, buttterscotch, etc.)
2 scoops All the WheyTM protein powder
3 cups skim or 2% milk

Mix milk, pudding and All the WheyTM protein powder in blender on low speed for approximately 2 minutes. Pour into dessert dishes or small bowls and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

By the way, sorry for including the "all the whey" protein powder as the protein source for the recipes. Just use your own.
