    All junk food ain't bad

Thats right, and I don't know about you but when Football season rolls around there are more dips and snacks that can screw your diet up. And most will IF you don't know how to travel into the dark domain of the junk food world with out any knowledege on whats good and what ain't. Not all of the recieps that I come across are dinners and such. Many are good healthy snacks that may not be extremely high in protein but all are low in fat and all the bad shit that we are deticated to trying to advoid. The next time one of your buddies invites you over to watch a Saturday afternoon game, go prepared with these dishes and you will not have to worry about the accasional snack interferring with your diet.

    Naw,
I'm just an average guy who picked up a reciepe here and there trying to prefect a diet! I do have to admit that some of the shit that I've made does taste pretty good though if I do say so my self.
