Muffins
1-1/3 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cups oats
21/2 tsp baking powder 1tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup splenda, I use 1 cup
1 cup fat-free skim milk
2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup bluse berries or sugerless jam your favorite
pre heat oven 400
blend first 6 ingred., Form a well in middle, add milk and yogurt and mix well. add your berries or nuts. spoon batter into a non stick muffin pan. bake 25 min. let them cool before taking out of pan they will fall in some. But they are so lite tasting but very good
