Hey guys... Looking for some help building up a new website.

Whats up guys!

We wanted to try to build another website up with as much SARM information as we can find around the net. We want to do something with our website www.sarms.com and pack it full of articles and research that have been posted around the net. We do not want to just steal the articles... but we do want to take as many articles as we can find that are informative and post the information at our new website and then of course give credit where you found the article and who wrote the article.

Is there anyone interested in doing this? If you are interested in this topic and interested in growing a one stop shop SARMS info website... hit me up at:

I am looking for a few people who can work together and really make the site informative, organized, and full of only the best SARM information we can find.

We think that if we start www.SARMS.com and provide the best information we can find on the subject, we can really start to grow THE website regaurding these new drugs. Anyone interested?

Selective androgen receptor modulators, which bond selectively to testosterone receptors, give new hope to victims of cachexia, or muscle wasting. People who lose muscle mass in bouts with cancer or AIDS, as well as burn victims and patients who wither after surgery, can reap most of the anabolic benefits of testosterone from SARMs without suffering the androgenic side effects.

"SARMs make it possible to produce some hormone effects and avoid others," said Hosam Kamel, MD, professor of medicine at the University of Arkansas Medical School, in Little Rock. "In other words, male patients build muscle tissue without prostate enlargement, while women experience no secondary sexual characteristics, such as hair growth."

In the past six weeks, both GTx and Pharmacopeia have made SARM-related deals with Big Pharma. Pharmacopeia licensed SARM compounds from Bristol Myers Squibb in an unusual barter deal. The smaller company provides three years of chemistry services in lieu of an up-front payment, but pays cash milestones thereafter. Merck made a $40 million initial investment in GTx's SARM research program, which contains as many as 250 compounds, according to the Wolters Kluwers R&D Insight database. Merck will also buy GTx common stock at a 40 percent premium and may make milestone payments of more than $400 million for successful compounds, according to news reports.

Abstract: A series of androgen receptor modulators based on 8H-[1,4]oxazino[2,3-f]quinolin-8-ones was synthesized and evaluated in an androgen receptor transcriptional activation assay. The most potent analogues from the series exhibited single-digit nanomolar potency in vitro. Compound 18h demonstrated full efficacy in the maintenance of muscle weight, at 10 mg/kg, with reduced activity in prostate weight in an in vivo model of androgen action.

Very interested in hearing and finding more articles from or for the sight.

I as well encourage people to sign up who have info or who are interested in SARMS so the forum can expand with knowledge.

Remember even tho SARMS are legal in the US apparently, please keep all sellers to PM's only for Mods.
