My goal is not to build bulky muscle mass or better physique but to improve stamina endurance and raw strength.
My plan is to make 3000mg last approx 40 days and to see how my body responds to low and high doses. If I start to get negative sides such as blurred vision etc, I will lower the dose.
I don't plan on logging this religiously but I will keep updates on how it's effecting my body.
5 days at 25mg per day
10 days at 50mg per day
25 days at 90mg per day
