what kind of results can be expected from 50mg s4 everyday? How long should it be run for? 50mg a day @ 8 weeks would require 2 bottles. does this seem reasonable or does it need to be run for longer/shorter period of time? What other supps should be taken with s4? thanks
read some of the logs, you will find great information to help you dose S4 to meet your goals...does range from 50mgs to 225...but 100mgs seems to be the benchmark for most.
I think the 50mgs per day looks like a good place to start. i am thinking about running a similiar cycle for 8 weeks to see how it works for me.
From reading all the logs I would think 50mg ed is efficient.
For me, my strength didn't go up until I've increased my dosage to 100mg. I've started at 50mg and only thing I had was vision issue. Once I've increased my dosage, my strength went up quite a bit. But everyone is different and with longer cycle, you could play with the dosage a bit.
