SERMS / SARMS --- make me confused

okay so Ive been doing alot of reading hear recently and im confused-- maybe someone could strait'n this up for me..
1) are sarms better than serms? or are they used at different times to achive certain effects
2) are serms and sarms taken alone or with other gear
3) from what i read sarms are way better then serms so why use serms

1. Sarms are used to build muscle and serms are used as pct when finishing a cycle.

2.Sarms can be taken with other gear to some extent and serms can also be used to help bloat or excess estrogen issues during a cycle.

3. As stated above serms are only used for PCT after a cycle and Sarms are only used as a cycle.
