    Liquid Clen and P90x? or Better Cardio

    Hello All First Timer Here Been Lurkin Off and On For Over a Year on a Few Sites and Seen Liquid Clen Was Wondering If I Picked Some Up Would Starting P90x Be a Good Plan or Should i Do Some Extra Cardio Like Running Alongside diet to Cut?

    Working out is always the preference...Good Job keeping a routine at 20 I spent two hours in the gym a day and would have stayed longer because my tendons hurt so bad from overuse...Trust me you wanna b jacked!Of course you do hit the gym or make your bench,squat and deads rack start refining your technice and diet then hit 500mg test a wk you should blow up..At least thats what I woulda done..Iam sick of being that jacked guy 6 monthes outta the year and the really jacked guy the rest of the time..My shoulder's knee's are jacked because I was that stronguy in the gym..Hormones are a serious game..Take a long look at you r life at 20 Iam 30...Completly different!!Kinda drunk hoped that helped in some strange way......

    what’s your body fat %?

    it is highly recommended to do as much as you can naturally then if necessary use chemicals...your body fat % needs to be well bellow 15% to consider any AAS or other strong chems like clen . If any I would recommend SARMs S4 for cutting and muscle gain, and has less sides, in fact the only side is the vision blurriness, but that goes away after you stop…

    So It Wouldnt Be Good To Use Clen From What I Read Above? Like I Said Main Goal Would Be To Slim More and Get Defined Not Really Wanting To Get Huge as I Currently Cant Guarantee I Can Hit The Gym At All Let Alone Daily a Buddy Suggested P90x Im Just Exploring Dabling Into Adding In Some Extra Goodness

    my guesstimate is over 20%, maybe 23%-25%. the best thing is to lose fat naturally with good diet and cardio...

    figured picking some up and doing the p90x along with jog/running mile or 2 daily along with a good diet would just speed up weight loss... since im mobility limited currently and cant hit the gym like i want

    You'd be better off starting with a good multi vitamin, and spending the extra cash on some good food.

    With a good diet, and cardio with weight training you'd have no problem reaching your goal naturally. You could try some green tea too, as it's very benefitical for weightloss.

    thanks for the tips... moneys not an object but ill start up some good cardio again and get a new diet going and pick up the p90x next time i stop by my buddys

    You have to be very careful with clen . It's very powerful. If you do get some, take like 20-40mcg/day and see how your body reacts then you can bump it up slowly from there.

    As some mentioned, it all depend on diet. Weight lifting and cardio don't do anything if you don't have a good diet. Even if you didn't do any cardio or even weight lifting - you could lose weight and be in a good shape with diet.

    During the season, I ride 150+ miles a week on my road bike. And when I go on a cycling tour, I could burn 1000+ calories per ride and still gain weight. You'll see this a lot - many roadies (cyclist) have amazing leg/calve, but big belly. We usually eat super carb rich meal after the ride + beer (its a social thing). I could be super cut up if it wasn't for that

    lifting and cardio is easy compared to diet - which is why we do those and hope it will be enough.

    with clen you need to start with a low dose and work your way up, it affects everyone differently, but clen and p90x would = fast weight loss.
