SARMS & Avoiding Vision Problems

Quick question, im sure this is already been posted , can't find it..
What supplements could you take to avoid/assist with vision problems from taking S4?
I was thinking of only doing 50/60 MG 5 days on 2 off.. Just wanna be safe

Any suggestions are welcomed

Read Endus log, i believe he mentioned some supplements he was taking, but they didn't work...so fat i don't think you can avoid the vision side...

Yea not sure if it can be avoided unfortunately.

At 50mg/day the sides should not be that severe.

Would taking Lutein help?

None helped - both taken and read elsewhere. You should take some anyway for general eye health while doing S4.

These didn't work - Vit A, Billberry, Lutein, lysine, NAC, different types of eye drops and strong multi-vit (one from GNC). There are more but still none worked.

Depend on each person. Mine was severe at that dosage.

haha, yes we call them sarms daemons. LOL

in my case and Okinawa Power we saw three shadows, they looked like short hooded goblins, one in front of us and one on each side, but only appeared when we woke up in the morning, i have to look at my log but i believe they appeared when i was coming off sarms...

I am looking to start a cycle with a much lower dose, definitely 50mg or below, hopefully that will lead to less vision problems.
